I. Scope of application and function introduction of the equipment
1.1 Scope of application of BCDS: BCDS series charging anddischargetestequipment is mainly used for lithium battery charging and discharge cycle test
1.2 Test items: battery charging electric protection voltage, discharge protection voltage, capacity, etc. The equipment has four test steps: charging, discharging, sheland cycling. By editing the corresponding steps, the battery can be tested according to the set process.
Ii. Main performance of the test equipment:
2.1 Charge and discharge functions:
With constant current and constant voltage charging function, constant current discharge function, charge and discharge the battery, record the battery capacity.
2.2 Charge and discharge interface:
Fully meet the requirements of battery pack charge and discharge outlet and charge and discharge outlet, namely 2 lines (P + P-) and 3 lines (P + P-C-). At the same time, negative plate discharge protection electric tool battery (CH + P + P-).
2.3 Check the voltage protection:
By charging and discharging the battery, check whether the charging protection and discharge protection of the battery work.
2.4 Safety protection:

If the instrument is single or within 5 sets, you can connect to the PC computer through the serial port; more than 5 sets are using the network connection mode, the PC computer terminal only needs to provide one network port, you can control within 60 sets of instruments.
2.6 Control system:
The software system adopts the classic and mature C / S mode. The communication mode has serial port and network, the serial port can realize accurate communication of several instruments with short distance, and the network can realize accurate communication of multiple instruments with long distance.
2.7 Upper-position computer software:
Based on the Windows operation interface, the SQL database is used to store the test data, which greatly facilitates the staff to query data and export data online. According to the battery bar code, time and equipment number, and the graph can be exported.
