The 10-speed cylindrical battery automatic sorting machine is a device used for automatic sorting of voltage and internal resistance of cylindrical batteries. It can also sort voltage or internal resistance separately. This test sorting is composed of PLC control + PC industrial computer. PLC controls AC servo motor, stepper motor and cylinder to complete the sorting function. PC is responsible for data collection and processing, as well as data storage. The number of cylindrical finished battery cells sorted per hour is about 5,000. The mechanical structure design is simple and elegant, the system test performance is stable, and the quality is first-class. It is the most cost-effective cylindrical battery sorting equipment on the market.

[Scanning function] AITOP-1000/2000 can be customized with scanning function. The standard machine does not have a scanner function. Please refer to the attached scanner manual.

 

[Automatic online interface] The outlet of the automatic face pad machine can be customized to connect to the machine hopper to achieve automatic connection of the battery cell and save labor costs

 

[Others] Scanning and database data docking can be customized

 

[Others] Optional battery cell dynamic tester can be used to actually reflect the quality and load performance of the battery cell
