PVC film, nickel strip, epoxy board integrated cutting machine

Definition and use: PVC film, nickel strip, epoxy board integrated cutting machine is a special equipment that can simultaneously cut and process three different materials: PVC film, nickel strip and epoxy board. It is mainly used in multiple industries such as electronics, packaging, and insulation material processing. In the lithium battery industry, it is used to cut PVC film for battery packaging and nickel strips for connecting battery electrodes, as well as epoxy boards in circuit boards.
Working principle
Cutting power source: Usually a motor is used as the power source. The motor transmits power to the cutting tool through the transmission system to achieve the cutting of the material. The motor drives the transmission parts such as the screw rod to make the tool generate enough pressure for cutting.
Cutting accuracy control: The equipment is generally equipped with high-precision sensors and control systems. The sensor can monitor the position of the material and the movement state of the tool in real time, and the control system accurately adjusts the movement of the motor and the tool according to the pre-set cutting size and accuracy requirements.
Main components and their features
Tool system:
Tool material and selection: For PVC film, the tool can be made of high-hardness alloy steel blades, which have sharp edges and are not easy to produce burrs. For nickel strips, since nickel is a metal with higher hardness, the tool is usually made of carbide to ensure the flatness of the cut surface of the nickel strip. Epoxy board is an insulating material, and the tool can be a tool with diamond coating when cutting.
Tool replacement and adjustment mechanism: The tool system of the integrated cutting machine should have a convenient replacement and adjustment mechanism. Because different materials require different tools for cutting, and the tools will wear during use and need to be replaced in time.
3 Workbench and fixture system:
Workbench design features: The surface of the workbench is made of smooth stainless steel, and there are scales to facilitate the positioning and size measurement of the material.
Working principle and function of the fixture: The fixture is used to fix the material to be cut to prevent it from moving during the cutting process. For PVC film, the fixture can be an elastic pressure strip that gently presses the film to keep it flat during the cutting process. For nickel strip and epoxy sheet, the fixture may be a mechanical clamping device that applies enough pressure through a screw or pneumatic device to hold the material firmly to the worktable to ensure cutting accuracy.
