Working principle:

Scanning mechanism: Scan the product with the sticker to record the product information, such as barcodes, QR codes, etc. It is usually composed of a scanning device, a top block, a bearing, etc. The top block and the bearing cooperate to rotate the product to ensure that the scanning device can accurately scan the code on the product.
Detection mechanism: used to detect various parameters of the product, determine whether the product is qualified and the grade it belongs to. Generally includes detection cylinders and detection probes, etc. The detection probe obtains relevant parameter information by contacting the product.
Sorting mechanism: According to the detection results of the detection mechanism, products of different grades are placed in the corresponding trough. It is mainly composed of sorting rails, sorting manipulators and troughs. The sorting manipulator moves along the sorting rails to grab the products and place them in the corresponding troughs.
