This equipment is applicable to:
Production and detection of battery module in battery production enterprises
Large-current charging and discharging detection of EV/HEV power battery system
Battery simulation test for actual road conditions
Daily battery module maintenance in battery factories and charging stations
Large-current charging and discharging detection and battery performance detection of battery module by research institutions, etc.
3. Characteristics of equipment products
◆ Adopt high-frequency isolation mode, and the whole system is isolated from the power
grid to ensure the safe and stable operation of the system;
◆ The bidirectional ACDC module adopts space vector modulation technology and digital control,
which makes the voltage utilization rate high and the current harmonic shunt smaller;
◆ It can realize the internal conversion of the charging and discharging energy of the dual channels;
◆ The DCDC module adopts advanced PID adjustment technology and multiple protection
mechanisms to ensure the stability of the equipment operation;
◆ Energy feedback (DC bus efficiency ≥ 95%): The energy feedback type, and the battery discharge
energy can be fed back to the power grid;
◆ Seamless switching between constant current and constant voltage modes without any voltage and
current shock. It can effectively prevent the battery from having heat concentration due to peak current and
resulting in electrode tab powder loss;
◆ The voltage and current are sampled in a four-wire system, with high voltage sampling accuracy and good
long-term stability;
◆ Each single channel has independent operation ability and supports multi-channel parallel
output;
◆ Support battery barcode input, and historical test data can be traced.
